What you’ll be doing:- Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals across Greater Manchester.
- Learning how to manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the education sector and compliance requirements.
- Growing and managing your own desk with support from experienced recruiters.
- Working towards and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Previous sales, customer service, or education experience is an advantage – but not essential!
