Your MissionAs Business Development Manager, your goal is clear: to drive meaningful growth across all service areas. You'll identify new opportunities, win new contracts, deliver exceptional pitches, and foster long-lasting partnerships. Your work will ensure our client remains ahead of the curve in the staffing, cleaning, and training sectors.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors and services.
Devise and implement creative strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
Stay ahead of market and competitor trends, using insights to inform proactive decisions.
Sales & Relationship Management
Develop and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Tailor service offerings to meet unique client requirements.
Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Revenue Generation
Generate high-quality leads and convert them into new business.
Deliver compelling proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
Secure deals that support sustainable, long-term revenue streams.
Planning & Performance
Set clear goals and KPIs in line with our clients commercial objectives.
Track, report and analyse performance to inform ongoing growth strategy.
Lead business development initiatives with strong project and time management.
Collaboration & Execution
Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Manage end-to-end development projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Represent our client with professionalism and credibility at all times.
Essential Experience & Skills
Demonstrable success in business development across multiple industries.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Analytical mindset, with experience using data to shape business decisions.
Commercially astute with experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
Skilled at building rapport, negotiating deals, and engaging senior stakeholders.
Capable of managing multiple service lines and projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinker who thrives on delivery and follow-through.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Sector experience in health & social care, cleaning, or training.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Experience with scaling business operations or launching new revenue streams.
Established industry contacts or prior networking exposure.
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, or related field.
Within 3 Months
Win 2 new business contracts
Generate a minimum of 10 qualified leads
Conduct 5 client meetings
Build a pipeline of at least 15 prospects
Within 6 Months
Secure 5 further contracts (total of 7)
Convert at least 30% of leads into live sales opportunities
