About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of primary year groups
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support pupils in their learning and maintain a positive learning environment
Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with classroom experience, a passion for education, or for graduates considering a future career in teaching.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children (school, club, tutoring, childcare or similar)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A friendly, proactive and flexible approach
The ability to confidently lead a classroom
A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
