TRC is working with a small complex care provider in Rochdale, looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to take up a key role within a large complex care office.

My clients deliver outstanding, person-centred complex care in the North of England to people in their own homes! If you thrive on managing high-volume rotas, coordinating intricate care packages, and optimising community runs across multiple locations, this could be your perfect next step.

The Role:

This is an intricate role at the heart of their care operations. You'll oversee the coordination of complex care packages and the efficient planning of large-scale community care runs. You'll also support our continued growth through smart planning, strong leadership, and proactive business development.

Manage complex care packages for clients with clinical needs

Build and maintain rota's of high-volume, multi-location community care runs

Lead scheduling and rota planning for large care teams

Liaise with healthcare professionals, commissioners, families, and staff

Identify new business opportunities and support service growth and care staff

Ensure compliance with CQC and internal quality standards

Share in the on-call rota for out-of-hours support

The ideal person:

Will have at least 2 years of experience within coordination in either a dom care or complex care branch and ideally will have used the system Peopleplanner before.

Strong track record in managing community-based care and large-scale runs

Confident with IT systems (Outlook, Excel, Word, rota/care software)

Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills- Knowledge of community care frameworks and CQC compliance

Bonus: business development experience or commissioning knowledge
