Description

Conduct thorough surveys of council properties to identify and assess disrepair issues.
Expert witness and court attendance.
Produce detailed reports on findings and present to management.
Collaborate with the construction department on necessary repairs.
Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard and within budget.
Communicate effectively with tenants and other stakeholders on repair schedules and updates.

Profile

A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Construction or Surveying.
