Are you looking for a customer service role where you can really make a difference working in a friendly and supportive office? This is a busy and varied role, speaking with customers over the phone, handling queries from start to finish, as well as liaising with a range of external companies and completing supporting administration.  Duties include:  
  • Coordinating bookings from a variety of third parties, as well as organising any changes to these
  • Handling multiple customer queries at any one time over the phone 
  • Completing administration for all customer cases using MS Office and in-house systems
  • Handling a variety of customer emails
  • Liaising with different teams internally and businesses externally
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for helping customers over the telephone and via email, providing the highest level of service and gaining satisfaction from handling queries from start to finish.
