This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you’ll help pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, while fostering confidence and independence.
Your Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver personalised, engaging lessons for SEND pupils

Work closely with TAs and the SENCO to support individual progress

Track pupil achievements and provide constructive feedback

Support pupils’ social and emotional development with care and creativity

Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
We’re Looking For:

QTS or equivalent

Experience teaching pupils with SEND

Patient, flexible, and empathetic approach

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Passionate about helping SEND learners reach their potential
