Project Quantity Surveyor -We are looking for a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial success of diverse and high-profile construction projects for a reputable UK contractor.

Duties:

• Manage the day-to-day commercial activities on assigned construction projects, ensuring accurate cost control and reporting.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of valuations, variations, and final accounts in line with contractual requirements.

• Work closely with site and design teams to ensure cost-effective procurement and efficient project delivery.

Experience:

• Demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment, ideally on projects ranging from 5m to 30m.

• Familiarity with standard forms of contract such as JCT and NEC, and solid understanding of construction processes.

• Strong numerical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
