About the role

We are looking for motivated and reliable General Production Workers to join our dynamic team at a leading flexible packaging company. As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in facilitating process improvements on the production line while ensuring smooth, efficient operations. This role will be on a 6 months contact basis

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work on a continental shift pattern (24/7).
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Team player with a proactive attitude. An understanding and awareness of health, safety and environmental standards and practices within a production setting
• A good level of fitness
• Fluent English - ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and understand both written and verbal work instructions

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with process line operations to ensure seamless production flow.
• Handle materials, including wrapping and moving pallets efficiently.
• Pack finished goods, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
