The role is hands-on and people-focused, perfect for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and helping to create an atmosphere guests want to return to again and again.
Youll work closely with the General Manager as part of a supportive leadership team in a well-established operation.
This position would suit an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step into a bigger, more rounded role within a quality pub environment.
As Assistant Manager you will:
- Support the day-to-day running of the pub and service periods
- Be a visible presence on the floor, engaging positively with guests
- Assist with leading, training and motivating the front-of-house team
- Help maintain high standards of service, presentation and atmosphere
- Support rotas, staffing levels and smooth service flow
- Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally
- Work closely with kitchen and management see teams to ensure seamless service
