We are recruiting for a Finance Manager for a business going through exciting changes in the next 6 - 12 months. The role is a new position in the finance team initially reporting into a CFO. The current team is very small but due to business growth there will be several new positions created which will be recruited into this year.

You will get the opportunity to be involved in these changes from the outset as this will be the first on several roles that the company recruits to.

The initial focus of the role will be heavily focused on hands-on work - bank reconciliations, statement reconciliations and accounting maintenance.

Once new systems have been implemented the role will evolve to more of a managerial position with excellent opportunities for progression and development.

This isn’t a standard Finance Manager position so candidates will be considered from varied backgrounds providing they meet the skill-set.

Due to some internal holiday leave the interview date will be toward the end of June and start date early August.
