Your new companyOur client is a national contractor who is in need of a reliable freelance site manager to oversee holiday cover on their newbuild commercial project in the Caernarfon area. This role will see you No. 1 on site, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining H&S on site. As Site Manager, you will:

Maintain H&S
Ensure Programming is met
Organise Subcontractors and Labour
Coordinate with clients and the design team
Ensure QA is up to specification

What you'll have:

Previous commercial build experience
SMSTS, CSCS, & First Aid are essential
Live locally in the North Wales area (we do not offer working away for this role)
Previous UK experience is essential
