Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf - hybrid role
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 24,800
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process purchase invoices, expenses, and debit/credit card transactions
- Reconcile sales and purchase ledgers, and chase outstanding debts
- Post payments, receipts, and manage bank reconciliations
- Assist with management accounts, audits, budgets, and tenders
- Maintain financial records in line with internal policies
- Support with administrative finance tasks and reporting
- Help with monitoring and improving financial systems
What You'll Need:
- AAT qualified (desirable)
- Proven experience with Sage 200 (essential)
- Experience working in a busy finance team
- Background in purchase ledger, invoicing and finance operations
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, flexible approach and excellent organisational skills
