As a Children & Young People Worker in Caerphilly, you'll support CYP and parents to understand their experiences and strengthen family relationships.
You will
- Provide 1:1 support to children and young people
- Run group sessions and wellbeing activities
- Work with parents and carers
- Liaise with schools, health and social care
- Complete assessments and safety plans
- Help families build resilience
This role is for you if
- You enjoy working with children of different ages
- You can communicate at their level
- You have experience in domestic abuse, family support or CYP work

Pay & Hours
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (930am-500pm)
- 24,222 per annum
