- Develop the annual Safety & Environment and Sustainability improvement plans for the manufacturing site.
- Lead the development of systems and processes to achieve and exceed compliance with all HS&E requirements and company policies
- Take responsibility of all live projects from a Health & Safety perspective
- Stay up to date with UK health and safety and environmental standards and ensure staff compliance
