About the Role:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll oversee the movement of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery (OTIF) across multiple transport modes. You'll manage transport planning, carrier relationships, shipment tracking, and logistics reporting-all while supporting continuous improvement and service excellence.
Key Duties:
- Develop transport plans to maximise route efficiency and reduce costs.
- Negotiate with freight carriers and logistics partners.
- Coordinate UK, European, and international shipments.
- Schedule collections and deliveries based on customer and supplier requirements.
- Monitor and report on key logistics KPIs.
- Ensure accurate ERP records (ideally using NetSuite).
- Handle stock adjustments, returns (RMAs), and shipping documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure delivery performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or transport planning.
- Strong ERP knowledge (NetSuite preferred).
- Confident working with freight providers and supply chain teams.
- Understanding of UK and international shipping processes.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and cost control.
