We are seeking an experienced Vehicle and Plant Marshall to join our client at their site in the scenic Argyll and Bute region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work away from home on a long-term basis. You will be working 11 days on and 3 days off over a 2 week rotation.

Key Responsibilities
* Safely guide and manage the movement of vehicles and machinery on site.
* Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and traffic management plans.
* Communicate effectively with drivers, operators, and site management.
* Maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements
* CSCS Card (valid and in date).
* Traffic Marshall/Banksman NPORS Ticket (essential).
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
* Ability to work away from home for extended periods.
* Strong awareness of health and safety standards.
