Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers on behalf of Budweiser Brewing Group UK & Ireland, based in Magor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-leading brewery in a long-term, ongoing role, with potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.
Key Duties:
- Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.
- Move stock around the warehouse using the stock management system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing goods using scanners and inventory tools.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence, refreshed within the last three years.
- Double handler experience desirable but not essential.
- Comfortable using warehouse systems and scanning equipment.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- SAP experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Reliable, hardworking and a team player.
What We Offer:
- 15.81 per hour basic rate.
- Overtime at 23.71 after 48 hours.
- Premium weekend and Bank Holiday overtime up to 31.62 per hour.

Hours:
12-hour rotating shifts, including days and nights (no fixed pattern).
