The Chef de Partie Role:

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef across lunch, afternoon tea and evening dining. You’ll play an important role in delivering creative, high-quality dishes while having the freedom to bring your own flair to the menu.

Typical working hours cover Tuesday–Saturday services, offering a good work/life balance rarely found in hospitality.
