Our client is a reputable, leading Civil Engineering sub contractor working throughout Central Scotland and they have a new opening for a Commercial Manager to join the team. You will lead all Commercial activities in Scotland, assuming responsibility for all projects on going as well and providing key input for up coming work which may include estimating on small works. You will be tasked with growing a small team to support you and establish a solid commercial function. This will suit someone with experience in managing a portfolio of over £10m within Civil Engineering ideally from a sub contracting background. A solid knowledge of NEC contracts plus some exposure to estimating small works would be beneficial.
