Reed Accountancy are working with a close client of ours who are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the potential for a permanent placement. Specialising in accounts payable, this role would see the successful candidate managing and developing the accounts payable team to drive performance and success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring efficiency and consistency in the team and workplace
  • Overseeing all accounts payable functions
  • Ensuring the statement reconciliation process is managed
  • Improving processes for purchase orders and internal controls
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Driving best practices
  • Producing and delivering reports and information for stakeholders and decision making

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar accounts payable senior role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
