What will you be doing?

  • Lead and support a team of Financial Planners to meet targets and improve client outcomes
  • Grow and develop the financial planning team, including hiring and planning for the future
  • Work with the Regional Head of Client Operations to support clients' best interests
  • Promote good communication and teamwork across departments
  • Coach and train the Financial Planning team to boost their skills
  • Create and follow strategic plans that match the company's goals
  • Stay updated on new products, technical changes, and laws
  • Ensure all financial regulations and standards are met
  • Track performance to improve efficiency and profits
  • Ensure clients get top-notch advice and service

The ideal person

  • Experience of leading a team of Advisers in Financial Planning / Wealth Management / Banking
  • Implemented sales strategies and aligned operating procedures across teams
  • Fully qualified Financial Advisor
