What will you be doing?
- Lead and support a team of Financial Planners to meet targets and improve client outcomes
- Grow and develop the financial planning team, including hiring and planning for the future
- Work with the Regional Head of Client Operations to support clients' best interests
- Promote good communication and teamwork across departments
- Coach and train the Financial Planning team to boost their skills
- Create and follow strategic plans that match the company's goals
- Stay updated on new products, technical changes, and laws
- Ensure all financial regulations and standards are met
- Track performance to improve efficiency and profits
- Ensure clients get top-notch advice and service
The ideal person
- Experience of leading a team of Advisers in Financial Planning / Wealth Management / Banking
- Implemented sales strategies and aligned operating procedures across teams
- Fully qualified Financial Advisor
