My client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their well-regarded firm in Stirling. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Residential Conveyancing and who can manage their own caseload. As their firm is expanding, they need a proactive individual who can hit the ground running and contribute positively to the department.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Organising clients’ files for residential property transactions.
  • Collaborating with paralegals across different locations, ensuring fair distribution of workload.
  • Providing cost estimates to clients and managing billing processes.
  • Confidently using case management systems and technology to streamline processes.
  • Managing post-exchange tasks, including property registrations.
  • Drafting and negotiating transactional documents with attention to detail.
  • Assisting in the preparation of client correspondence and legal documentation.
  • Participating in monthly paralegal meetings with a partner for caseload reviews and professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability or willingness to independently manage a full caseload of residential files.
  • Proficient in using case management systems and other legal technologies.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
