The Opportunity

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced finance environment? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic team in Callington, Cornwall. As part of our Accounts Receivable department, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing, cash allocation, and debt management. You’ll be working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and drive efficiency as we continue to automate and improve our processes.

  • Process and review customer orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely billing.
  • Allocate daily cash receipts and manage aged debtor reports to maintain up-to-date accounts.
  • Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and letter, maintaining detailed records of all activity.
  • Resolve disputed invoices and customer deductions, ensuring prompt and fair resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Account Directors to monitor payment patterns and proactively manage debt.

  • GCSEs/A Levels (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a finance team (desirable)
