What you'll bring:Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviourConfidence in working both independently and within a multi-disciplinary teamKnowledge of behavioural management strategies and targeted interventionsA clear understanding of SEND and inclusionGCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths - NVQ Level 2 or above preferredPrevious experience in a school setting is essential
