School PA Full Time, Term Time Up to £30,000 (FTE)Calne, Wiltshire (onsite) Our client has a fantastic opportunity available for a personable, driven PA to join their team in Calne. As the School PA, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the executive's office, encompassing the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. You will significantly contribute to their effectiveness and the overall success of the school. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Primary contact for the executive(s), managing communications and following up on actions.
  • Proactive diary management, scheduling meetings, travel, and accommodation.
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up tasks.
  • Handling sensitive incoming communications professionally.
  • Providing confidential secretarial support (correspondence, reports, minutes, filing).
  • Supporting the leadership team with enquiries and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Leading the creation and maintenance of school calendars.
  • Drafting clear and confidential communications for staff and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating on the planning of critical school events.
  • Providing administrative support for senior-level recruitment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven expereince as a Personal Assistant in an education setting.
  • Exceptional written communication and minute-taking skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
