Interested in joining a dynamic business on a 12 month (maybe longer) fixed term contract?
Our client is a well established business and they are looking to recruit a Finance Office Manager on a contract basis. The role is broad and covers several functions which include the below key elements:
- Day to day management of Accounts Payable & Receivable.
- Production of Financial reports for analysis by Senior Manager.
- First line for all banking requirements.
- Administration of Payroll.
- Month End and Group Quarterly P&L submission.
- Creation of budget and outlook submission.
- Day-to-day management of import and export movements; all shipment documentation and issuing customs clearance instructions to couriers and brokers.
- Office Administration; providing general administration support.
Candidate Specification:
- At least AAT qualified would be a great advantage.
- Financial Reporting experience.
- Strong organisation, time management, prioritisation and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally have experience with Export/Import documentation.
- Knowledge of Payroll and payroll software.
- SAP experience a great advantage.
