Interested in joining a dynamic business on a 12 month (maybe longer) fixed term contract?


Our client is a well established business and they are looking to recruit a Finance Office Manager on a contract basis. The role is broad and covers several functions which include the below key elements:

  • Day to day management of Accounts Payable & Receivable.
  • Production of Financial reports for analysis by Senior Manager.
  • First line for all banking requirements.
  • Administration of Payroll.
  • Month End and Group Quarterly P&L submission.
  • Creation of budget and outlook submission.
  • Day-to-day management of import and export movements; all shipment documentation and issuing customs clearance instructions to couriers and brokers.
  • Office Administration; providing general administration support.

Candidate Specification:

  • At least AAT qualified would be a great advantage.
  • Financial Reporting experience.
  • Strong organisation, time management, prioritisation and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally have experience with Export/Import documentation.
  • Knowledge of Payroll and payroll software.
  • SAP experience a great advantage.
