Are you an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting your team and keeping operations running smoothly? This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, great communication skills, and a passion for efficient project coordination.

As a Projects Administrator, you will be supporting the team by managing documentation, raising job cards and handling compliance paperwork

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise job cards and coordinate with the stores team for parts and equipment
  • Liaise with external parties such as police forces
  • Monitoring providers regarding compliance and keyholder updates
  • Support the scheduling of small works and installations in collaboration with the sales team
  • Ensure all invoices are generated and sent promptly upon completion of work
  • Organise travel and accommodation for engineers and project staff
  • Maintain accurate records of project documents and compliance certificates
  • Arrange timely delivery of products to site and ensure all project components are in place
  • Support communication between departments and update project managers on progress
  • Assist with NSI audits and manage the tracking of any non-conformances
  • Follow all Health & Safety and legal procedures related to project operations

About You:

  • Strong administrative background, ideally within a service or project-based industry
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills - written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Experience coordinating or supporting technical teams is beneficial
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team

This role is working part-time, Monday - Friday 5 hours per day 25 hours per week

(There could be an increase in hours in the future)

There is flexibility with start and finish times.
