We are excited to be supporting a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Calne who are seeking a committed HLTA to join their team from January. This is a full-time, long-term role with the potential for a permanent position.

What You'll Be Doing
• Supporting teaching and learning across KS3 & KS4
• Delivering small group interventions and leading planned lessons
• Providing in-class support to ensure all students can access the curriculum
• Using effective behaviour management to create a positive learning environment
• Working proactively with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
• Contributing to whole-school initiatives and supporting students’ wellbeing

We're Looking For
• HLTA qualification (or strong experience working at HLTA level)
• Confident in delivering lessons and leading groups with guidance from teaching staff
• Strong behaviour management and a calm, supportive presence
• A proactive, flexible approach and genuine passion for student development
• Experience working in a secondary school is desirable but not essential
