Location: Calne, Wiltshire
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (2 Terms)
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role
You'll be delivering engaging RE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging students to think critically, reflect on different perspectives, and develop their own understanding of the world around them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Religious Education across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Plan and deliver inclusive, thought-provoking lessons
  • Encourage respectful discussion and critical thinking
  • Support students in developing empathy, understanding, and cultural awareness
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment opportunities
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and academic progress

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge in Religious Education or related Humanities subjects
  • Experience teaching RE up to GCSE level
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A passion for education and student development
  • A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
