The role offers a competitive salary of £47,000 per year.
Candidates should have at least several years of experience in the beauty and spa industry.
Key responsibilities include leading a team, managing appointments and inventory, and collaborating with various departments for customer strategies.
A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification and knowledge of luxury beauty products are required for this position.

At Responsive Personnel we are excited to be looking for a highly experienced Spa Manager for one of our clients to take full accountability for the running of their Spa and treatment room.

Hours: Full time

Pay Rate:£47,000

Terms: Permanent

Main Duties:

Inspire and lead a team of Therapists and Fitness Instructors.
Scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining the facility's cleanliness and safety.
Work with the General Manager, HR and Marketing teams to create customer led strategies.

Key Skills:

Have an excellent understanding of the beauty & spa industry and current trends relating to luxury treatments.
Hold a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
Knowledge and experience of working with luxury beauty products.
