Our client is seeking a driven and reliable Executive Assistant / Team Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to their leadership team. This hybrid role offers a blend of executive support and project coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes initiative to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact and right-hand support to senior leaders; managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinating multiple projects from initiation to completion, monitoring timelines, deliverables, and progress reports
  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and key documents to support strategic initiatives
  • Drafting, proofreading, and managing confidential correspondence and documentation
  • Overseeing inbox management, responding to and prioritising communications where appropriate
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships at all levels
  • Organising detailed itineraries, travel schedules, and accommodation for business commitments
  • Managing sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
  • Anticipating requirements and proactively addressing issues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a similar role
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • A pro-active and professional approach, demonstrating the ability to command authority when coordinating across stakeholders
  • Driven, reliable, and consistently one step ahead in anticipating the needs of the team and the business

Job Title: Team Co-ordinator

Salary: up to 40,000,

Location: Camberley - hybrid opportunity available once settled and trained

Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
