Our client is seeking a driven and reliable Executive Assistant / Team Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to their leadership team. This hybrid role offers a blend of executive support and project coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes initiative to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact and right-hand support to senior leaders; managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinating multiple projects from initiation to completion, monitoring timelines, deliverables, and progress reports
- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and key documents to support strategic initiatives
- Drafting, proofreading, and managing confidential correspondence and documentation
- Overseeing inbox management, responding to and prioritising communications where appropriate
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships at all levels
- Organising detailed itineraries, travel schedules, and accommodation for business commitments
- Managing sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Anticipating requirements and proactively addressing issues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a similar role
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- A pro-active and professional approach, demonstrating the ability to command authority when coordinating across stakeholders
- Driven, reliable, and consistently one step ahead in anticipating the needs of the team and the business
