We're representing a highly professional organisation in Frimley who are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the board. This is a pivotal role where you'll combine high-level executive support with involvement in projects, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring emails, responding and filing where appropriate
- Coordinating and managing a busy calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings along with bookings of rooms
- Organising accommodation and detailed itineraries for business travel
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism
- Preparing agendas, collating information, taking notes, creating presentations, and ensuring guests and meetings run seamlessly
- Drafting, proofreading, and maintaining confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Assisting with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives
- Coordinating with senior leadership, clients, and partners to support business objectives
- Handling all information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience supporting at Executive or Board level
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- A proactive mindset - always one step ahead
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly proficient with MS Office and confident working with sensitive information
