My client is recruiting due to ongoing business expansion, we are seeking a Sales Support professional to join their team. This role offers excellent development potential, with a pathway to progress into an Account Manager position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and process purchase orders with accuracy, ensuring compliance with procurement and quality procedures.
- Maintain organised records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Identify new sales opportunities and support business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with the global group.
- Assist Account Managers with regulatory and compliance documentation.
About You
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar administrative, sales support, or procurement role
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Sage is a plus.

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
- Strong communicator with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
