My client is a PLC developer who has an office in Camberley.

The Planning Director is seeking a Senior RTPI Plannerto join the expanding team.The purpose of the role is to ensure the region provides a high standard of planning and development appraisals, planning applications, planning appeals and land promotion within the residential sector for both immediate and strategic sites.

We are looking for someone preferably already Chartered RTPI who has sufficient experience either with a developer, planning consultancy or local authority preferably whilst working in the M4 Corridor and parts of West Sussex

Working client side can be more lucrative with cars or allowances, healthcare and bonuses. The company will offer working from home 2days per week so it will not be always necessary to be in the office in Camberley.
