Description
Customer Supply Chain Export Analyst , Camberley
- Coordinate export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- French language skills are very useful but not essential
- SAP experience is highly desirable along with a strong level of Excel
- Accountable for all aspects of admin tasks for Export Markets; managing sales orders in the system, Export shipments and documentation.
- To work with other members of the Export Team and lead to provide outstanding service to all distributors within a specific region.
- To professionally manage stock allocations, liaison with Supply, Logistics, inspection companies, and communication to other internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage supply chain processes, including order processing and fulfilment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain inventory levels and forecast demand.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation for customs clearance.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Support the team in achieving key performance indicators related to customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.
Profile
A successful Customer Supply Chain Export Analyst should have:
- French language skills are very useful but not essential
- SAP experience is highly desirable along with a strong level of Excel
- Good experience or of 'order to cash' / order processing
- Experience in export operations within a international matrix management, business
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs processes.
