The Role: Area Recruitment Manager
- Location: Camberley (Hybrid - blend of office and home working)
- Salary: 40,000 - 53,000 + car allowance + uncapped commission + team bonus
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead from the front - support your team in winning business and placing top tier talent.
- Strategic leader - looking at trends in and gaps in the market.
- Take full P&L ownership of your specialism
- Shape sales strategy and set meaningful KPIs (we value quality over call volume)
- Drive new business development and client acquisition
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team in a supportive, growth-focused culture
- Accelerate revenue across temporary, contract, and permanent placements
