Marketing Executive

Our established client based in the reading area are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team. The purpose of this role is to assist the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of digital and physical collateral, events and ultimately drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage content marketing efforts, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and website updates.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create targeted campaigns.
- Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns, ensuring segmentation, personalisation, and automation for maximum engagement.
- Oversee PPC, paid social, and retargeting ad campaigns to enhance lead generation
- Maintain and update the company website with SEO-optimised product content
- Track and analyse website performance using Google Analytics
- Oversee social media accounts.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to position the company as a thought leader through marcoms.
- Collaborate with all partners to identify opportunities for the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to appropriately review and action.
- Coordinate industry events, trade shows, partner webinars, ensuring effective lead capture and follow-up.
- Manage event logistics, including booth design, promotional materials, and post-event marketing activities.
- Track and measure campaign performance and key marketing metrics, such as lead conversion rates, website traffic, and email engagement and provide insights to the Head of Marketing.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3yrs experience in a marketing role within the service sector, software, IT, SaaS or technical space.
- A Marketing, Business Studies or Digital Marketing qualification.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including inbound marketing, lead generation, and account-based marketing.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills, with experience in marcoms.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, CRM, Canva and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills with good attention to detail and the ability to be able to handle multiple campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
