Freelance:  £400 per day Ltd

Based:  Surrey (GU15)

An experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to undertake a key commercial task on a major utility framework scheme.

The role will involve reviewing and completing a backlog of variations and compensation events.  The role will involve you working independently, so experience doing the commercial task is a must.

The Suitable Candidate will require the following experience:

Strong Compensation Events / Variations experience and knowledge

Strong NEC experience

Have a structured career history (following a 3month focus on CE’s, the role will likely lead to wider commercial duties)

Degree qualified
