A Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils) is needed for a freelance position based in Surrey, offering a daily rate of up to £525 Ltd.

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils)

Based: Surrey (GU15)

A commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a major global specialist engineering contractor!

They are currently in the process of undertaking a major UK infrastructure scheme. They need an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to initially undertake contract reviews, reporting into a Lead Commercial Manager. You will play a key role in commercially setting up new contracts, working closely with the delivery Team / Operational Lead.

Experience Required:

Have extensive NEC experience
Able to work independently and to a high commercial standard
Strong at contractual reviews / setting up of contracts
Structured career history
Be confident in advising and guiding Senior Management on contractual issues / challenges
Have experience in working on 50m + projects
