- Experience recruiting within the STEM/Engineering sector
- Well-versed carrying out a range of business development activities
- Confident sourcing candidates for a multitude of vacancies
- Highly organised and able to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with an ability to multitask and take initiative
- Proactive and a self- starter
- Build, maintain and grow long term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure delivery of a streamlined service
- Identify, secure, and develop new business opportunities
- Building a strong rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Act as an ambassador through interaction with any clients and candidates
- Provide an excellent customer/candidate relationship experience
- To support the resourcing team with expertise in best candidate attraction methods
- Flexible/Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
- Commission up to 30% - no caps or thresholds
