Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant/Administrator to support their finance department's day-to-day operations. This fully office-based role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Assist in the analysis of financial data and generation of reports.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Skills Required:Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
