Service Coordinator

Location: Camberley, Surrey

Salary: £25,000 £30,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

Were working with a well-established and growing business in the fire and security industry to help them find a motivated and organised Service Coordinator to join their operations team in Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys using tech to streamline processes, and wants to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking company.

The Role

This is a key role within the business, coordinating day-to-day schedules for a team of engineers and ensuring planned maintenance, remedial works, and reactive call-outs are handled efficiently. You'll be using a range of cloud-based systems to manage job scheduling, track progress, and deliver excellent service to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and forward-schedule multiple engineer diaries

  • Organise day-to-day visits, PMVs, and remedial works

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and internal staff

  • Liaise with engineers to manage job reports and system updates

  • Respond to urgent and reactive works in a proactive and timely manner

  • Use cloud-based platforms including simPRO, Dwellant, and Pro-Nett


What Were Looking For:

  • Previous fire and security industry experience in a similar office-based.

  • Experience insimPRO

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • A team player with a positive and proactive mindset
