What You'll Do:
As a Vehicle Painter, you will play a crucial role in the bodyshop team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing vehicles for painting by masking and prepping as needed.
- Skillfully spray painting vehicles using environmentally friendly water-based paints.
- Ensuring the perfect colour match by checking paint colours and preparing spray-out cards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area while ensuring all equipment operates effectively.
- Providing support to the bodyshop team in other departments when required.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and expertise:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician or Paint Sprayer (essential).
- A valid full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- A willingness to mentor and support junior technicians with your expertise.
- A genuine passion for the motor industry, alongside a commitment to delivering top-notch results that meet customer expectations.
- The ability to work independently and make informed decisions when necessary.
- Exceptional attention to detail that ensures high-quality finishes.
