Parts Advisor/Warehouse Person Camborne

£13.77 per hour | Permanent | Full-Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor/Warehouse Person to join a well-established client site in Camborne. We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service and organisational skills, looking to be part of a dynamic and busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stock is placed in the correct locations and kept tidy
  • Find bin locations for new stock items and enter this data into Keyloop
  • Register and handle dirty units in preparation for return to Paccar
  • Process new unit and empty pallet returns to Paccar
  • Work with the warranty administrator to process warranty returns to Paccar
  • Conduct daily perpetual stock checking
  • Use Keyloop for electronic receipting of stock and booking out back orders to customers
  • Pick parts orders and place them on the delivery shelves
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and fire policies, reporting any hazards to management
  • Ensure that appropriate clothing and safety wear is worn at all times
  • Provide phone cover for holidays, lunch breaks, and busy periods
  • Cover parts delivery driver duties during holidays and sickness
  • General stores housekeeping and any other store-related tasks

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Keyloop is beneficial
  • Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm
  • Saturday mornings: 8:00 am 12:00 pm on a 3-week rota basis
  • 40 hours per week

Hourly Rate:

  • £13.77 per hour
