- Managing mutual exchange applications from start to finish
- Overseeing garage allocations and keeping records up to date
- Handling general lettings admin and supporting your colleagues with tasks related to empty homes
- Communicating with customers and internal teams – both over the phone and by email
- Staying organised, keeping on top of deadlines, and juggling multiple priorities at once
- Previous admin experience – experience in housing or property is a bonus
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of mutual exchange processes or housing legislation would be helpful, but not essential
