What do the team do?

As a CRM Administrator you will work with our internal teams to ensure the system meets business needs by reviewing and updating the data held within our Practice Management System. As well as ensuring the system effectively supports the business's marketing and customer service goals.

What will I be doing?

As a CRM Administrator you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Reviewing and updating the Customer Relationship Management data, held within our Marketing and Practice Management Systems.
  • Ensuring the data meets business needs, focusing on improving efficiencies and data integrity.
  • Maintaining data accuracy, integrity and compliance.
  • Conducting regular data audits to identify and rectify data quality issues.
  • Assisting with data cleansing and the integration of new portfolios.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Previous administration experience in a professional office environment, knowledge of CRM systems beneficial (minimum criteria).
  • Strong data quality and data management skills (minimum criteria).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active approach.
  • Happy to travel to all office locations as and when required.
  • Good IT skills.
