Key Responsibilities:

	Processing supplier invoices, expenses, and purchase orders

	Reconciling accounts and supporting month-end procedures 
- 
	Maintaining accurate financial records and databases 
- 
	Assisting with payroll preparation and finance reporting 
- 
	Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers 
- 
	General administrative support to the finance and operations teams 
About You:
- 
	Experience in a finance or accounts administration role 
- 
	Strong numerical and data-entry accuracy 
- 
	Confident using finance software (XERO and COINS) and Microsoft Excel 
- 
	Excellent communication and organisational skills 
- 
	Able to handle confidential information with discretion 
- 
	Previous experience within a construction or project-based environment would be beneficial, but not essential
