Daily responsibilities
-Transactional invoicing - Accounts Payable/Receivable and bank reconciliations on international basis
-Preparation of two streamlined management accounts
-Prepare actuals vs budget reporting
-Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
-Reconcile supplier statements
-Posting of bank payments
-Fixed Asset appreciation
-Forecast upcoming payments in treasury
-Manage internal payroll end-to-end
Experience required
-Managing finance responsibilities in a SME environment
-Experience supporting month end management accounts and payroll
-Immediate availability or short term notice
