The role;- Invoicing customers- Entering Internal Department Charges- Dealing with any queries from internal departments around the invoicing of customers including input into the invoicing and pricing process-Raise any other invoices - Any other ad hoc income requests- Credit Control- Ensuring compliance with credit terms and cash is collected promptly- Bank Reconciliations- Support the Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerksyou;- Experience working in a finance department - Calm and able to work under pressure- Problem solving skills- Ability to take into account different views or prioritiesThe general office based working hours for this post are 36.25 hours per week.
